  • Is there someone I can contact if my question isn’t included above?
    Yes, you can email enquiries@WhatHeWants.com.sg and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively you can reach us from 11am – 6pm at +65 66340386.
  • Do you offer samples?

    Yes, all orders will be automatically included with samples. However, we regret that customers are not able to choose the samples they want as it greatly depend on availability.

  • If something I want is out of stock, will you alert me when it is in stock again?
    Certainly! Simply email us at sales@WhatHeWants.com.sg for the out of stock item. When the product is available again, you will receive an email notification!
  • Is it possible to get a list of ingredients for a product?
    Please email us at enquiries@WhatHeWants.com.sg and where possible we will happily provide you with this information.


  • Are your products authentic?
    WhatHeWants only carries 100% authentic products which we have gotten directly from the brand or authorized distributor.
  • Where will I find my order ID/number?
    Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will have your order number on it. Please keep this in case you need to get in contact with us.
  • Can I change/cancel my order?
    As your order is processed immediately, you will not be able to cancel your order once you have confirmed payment.
  • Do I need to register/create an account before making a purchase?
    No, you do not need to register/create an account if you do not want to. Simply fill up the your particulars and billing/shipping address to check out as guest. However, we do recommend that you create an account so that your shipping details will be stored for your next purchase.


  • Is it safe to use my credit card to purchase products?
    Absolutely. To increase your security, we do not collect your credit card information. Upon purchasing you will be redirected to the 3D secure site and asked to enter a one-time-phone pin to further enhance your security. Credit card numbers are collected by PayPal on our behalf and their privacy policies can be viewed here  
  • Do I need a PayPal account in order to purchase items?
    No, you can pay by credit/debit cards without having a PayPal account. When you are redirected to the PayPal payment page, you will be presented with two options:
    (1) Pay as a guest (shown on the lower right hand side of page), and (2) Log in to your existing PayPal account. Just click on the link on the bottom right to pay by credit/debit cards.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    All major credit/debit cards such as Amex, Visa/Mastercard and PayPal. You can also Buy Now Pay Later with 3 interest-free instalments using Atome (for Singapore buyers only).

Returns & Exchanges

  • How do I return an item?
    For all return requests, please email us at sales@whathewants.com.sg, including your contact details, Order Number and the reason for return. Alternatively, you can reach us at +65 66340386. We will inform you once your request has been received and proceed with the refund if applicable.
  • What is the return and exchange policy?
    We strive for our customers utmost satisfaction and carry only the best quality and value products. For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 10 day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:
    • Item must be in their original purchase condition. All packaging must be un-opened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
    • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
    • If you have suffered from an allergic reaction medical evidence must be provided such as a doctors certificate.
    • We do not issue returns for poor choice

    All returns will be reviewed first by WhatHeWants and we reserve the right to perform remedies including: Replacing the product with a new item of the same original order or Full refund


  • Do you ship overseas?

    YES! We ship Worldwide. Orders over S$150 ship for free, all other orders outside Singapore incur a flat rate shipping fee of S$29.90.

  • Am I able to track an order?
    Yes, you will receive a tracking number after your order is shipped out.
  • How many days will shipping take?

    All orders placed by 11:59pm will be processed on the next business day. During busy sales periods, delivery may take up to 3 business days.

    You may also request for self-pick up or Grab express for orders above $50. Please put a note in your order and our team will call/email you once your order is ready and you can arrange for self collection in our showroom.

    International orders outside Singapore
    Depending on your location, you should receive your order within 3-10 business days.


  • How much is shipping?
    Orders within Singapore:
    FREE!! As long as your order total is above S$50 (after discounts/credits). Orders with S$50 and below will incur a flat rate of S$5.90 shipping and handling charge.
    International orders outside Singapore:
    FREE!! As long as your order total is above S$150 (after discounts/credits). Orders under S$150 and below outside Singapore will incur a flat rate S$29.90 shipping and handling charge.
