Delivery & Postage for Local Orders
All local orders in Singapore are managed by Singpost/TA-Q-BIN/Local Couriers. Once we have received your order, your item(s) will be dispatched within 1-2 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Please make allowance for slower turnaround times during festive and sale periods. You can request for evening delivery between 5-8pm or you can also request for Smartpac delivery which will be place in your mailbox if nobody receive the package. You may indicate your preference in the “Note” at checkout page.
Orders outside Singapore are managed by EMS/ DHL/Fedex/Aramex. Depending on your location, you should expect to receive your orders within 2-7 working days.
Delivery & Handling Fee:
For delivery to a specific area in Singapore, there will be a flat rate of S$5.90 for an order below S$99. Delivery is FREE for purchase above S$99.
For delivery to all countries outside Singapore, there will be a flat rate of S$19.90 for orders below S$99. Delivery is also FREE for overseas orders with purchase above S$99.

We strive for our customers utmost satisfaction and carry only the best quality and value products. For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 10 day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Item must be in their original purchase condition. All packaging must be un-opened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
- If you have suffered from an allergic reaction medical evidence must be provided such as a doctors certificate.
- We do not issue returns for poor choice.
