Acne is caused by internal and external factors. Mild acne and blemished skin can be much improved with a suitable skincare routine. A gentle anti-bacterial facial wash used twice a day will help to remove excess oil and impurities while cutting down spot-forming bacteria.

Some contain ingredients to help fight bacteria and all should leave the skin matt and not shiny. A specific treatment gel/lotion is helpful to use on individual blemishes to speed healing and reduce inflammation.
