Free Delivery
Free delivery for local and *overseas shipping with purchases of $150 or more for a limited time.
Free delivery is only applicable for local and worldwide orders up to a maximum load of 2kg per order. For wholesale and bulk purchase orders, please contact sales@whathewants.com.sg
*Only for specific Zone Areas, please contact us for more details. For international customers whose zone areas do not qualify for free shipping, delivery charge will be advised after confirmation of order.
Delivery & Postage for Local Orders
Delivery Time:
All local orders in Singapore are managed by Singpost. Once we have received your order, your item(s) will be dispatched within 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) if the stocks are available. Otherwise, we will notify you. Please make allowance for slower turnaround times during festive and sale periods.
Delivery Fee:
For delivery to a specific area in Singapore, there will be a flat rate of S$12 for an order that weighs up to 2kg. If the package exceeds 2kg, the delivery fee will depend on the rates offered by SingPost. We will then inform you of the delivery fee once it is known.
Delivery & Postage for International Orders
DHL is WhatHeWant’s international logistic partner. Depending on your geographical location and weight of your orders, your shipping fees varies. Shipping costs will be billed separately from your orders. Please allow 3 to 10 working days for delivery. All duties and overseas taxes if incurred are to be borne by the recipients.
