Local Orders
Delivery Time:
Once we have received your order, your item(s) will be dispatched within 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) if the stocks are available. Otherwise, we will notify you. Please make allowance for slower turnaround times during festive and sale periods.

Delivery Fee:
For delivery to a specific area in Singapore, there will be a flat rate of S$12 for an order that weighs up to 3kg. If the package exceeds 3kg, the delivery fee will depend on the rates offered by SpeedPost. We will then inform you of the delivery fee once it is known.

International Orders
DHL is WhatHeWant's international logistic partners. Depending on your geographical location and weight of your orders, your shipping fees varies. Shipping costs will be billed seperately from your orders. Please allow 7 to 14 working days for delivery.
